Role Overview:This position for a Customer Service Executive is pivotal within our Customer Service department. The successful candidate will play a vital role by: Managing customer relationships and ensuring all customer queries are answered promptly. Placing orders for customers and assisting them through our various communication channels including social media, call center, and mobile phone. Building a positive rapport with our clientele to enhance user experience. Working full-time in our office based in Banani, Dhaka. Provide superior customer service in various channels. Address customer queries effectively and in a timely manner. Assist with order placements and management through our system. Support online sales initiatives and marketing efforts. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in cosmetics or healthcare sector. Skills: Strong customer management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Gender: Only females are encouraged to apply due to the nature of the role.
