As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include: Providing online customer service to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently. Overseeing inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels. Managing parcel delivery and handling concerns related to shipments. Conducting product quality checks to maintain our standards. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment. Only Male candidates are considered for this position. Skills Required: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
