The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to contribute to improving customer satisfaction and handling inquiries with professionalism. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate, timely, and complete information using internal tools and resources. Address and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency. Maintain and update customer records and document all interactions in CRM. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, troubleshooting, and support needs. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: Minimum Education: HSC (Higher Secondary) diploma. Preferred: University students or graduates. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer support is preferable. Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English; freshers are encouraged to apply. Experience: Applicants should have experience in relevant sectors, including call centers, training institutes, or educational tech startups. Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management capabilities. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Bitrix, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
