Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls to prospective customers regarding the Client’s business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate information to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Actively manage calls to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of Facebook (Social Media), email, and web chat.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
  • Collect and examine all relevant information to assess complaints and identify potential causes.
  • Report issues to the team leader as needed.
