Job Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers over the phone to drive sales and promote our services. Persuade clients to confirm orders and utilize our services for their educational needs. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and other essential details to customers. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets to report daily work activities. Exhibit a willingness to work beyond regular hours if required, showcasing dedication to customer service. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor, even under stress. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Higher Secondary education is also acceptable. Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in Call Center, Customer Relationship Management, or Tele-sales is a must. Experience in relevant sectors like Training Institutes or Educational Technology (EdTech) is preferred. Desired Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Bangla. Ability to persuade and influence potential clients. Proficiency in using MS Office applications and other relevant software. A high-quality laptop for work is essential. Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 20 to 32 years old. Job Location: This position is located at our Dhaka office.
