Keep meticulous records of interactions and follow-up where necessary. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team KPIs. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism under pressure. To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in BPO or call center settings. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a positive and proactive attitude.
