We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to contribute to our team. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a desire to help customers succeed, then this role is for you!Job Responsibilities:Providing Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Resolve issues related to software applications and operational queries to ensure high customer satisfaction.Maintaining Customer Systems: Deploy new systems, manage upgrades, and identify defects. Collaborate effectively with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.Documenting and Knowledge Sharing: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and best practices.
