Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, setup, and training for new customers on the REVE Chat’s SaaS platform.
- Track product usage and engagement; proactively interact with customers showing low adoption or those who are at risk of churn.
- Gather, analyze, and relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Collaborate with Support and Technical Services to address issues within target SLA.
- Spot upsell and expansion opportunities, and work with Sales to finalize renewals.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews, success plans, and best-practice recommendations.

Job Summary:REVE Chat Limited is on the lookout for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager who will ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process for our advanced chat and messaging solutions.
