Job Description
Evaluake LTD, a renowned UK-based minibus rental company, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our remote team in Bangladesh. In this role, you will be a pivotal part of providing excellent customer service while managing our booking follow-up tasks. Your responsibilities will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient operational workflow. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and effectively manage incoming emails from customers. Respond promptly to booking emails with a friendly and professional approach. Collect additional information from customers regarding passenger count, destination, time, and pickup/drop details. Conduct follow-up calls or send follow-up emails to confirm trip details with customers. Maintain a daily log of interactions and confirmed bookings for accurate record-keeping. Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the UK office team for specialized attention. This is a full-time remote role with a focus on maintaining a high standard of written and spoken English as well as customer engagement. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our processes and tools. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, particularly in English. Familiarity with CRM software. Strong aptitude for customer support and email communications. A propensity for learning and a positive attitude. Ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Strong time management skills and dedication to tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: A maximum of 1 year of relevant experience in sectors such as Logistic/Courier, Transportation, or Business-to-Business Software.
