Handle Facebook page interactions and inbox messages effectively. Perform data entry and generate reports as needed. Requirements Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 2 years in a customer service role; freshers are also encouraged to apply. Age: Between 20 and 25 years, and only female applicants. Skills: Proficiency in Bengali and English with clear communication skills. Experience with Facebook and Messenger is a plus. Must be patient, honest, and punctual, with a keen interest in customer service and a positive attitude.
