We are on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to elevate our customer service experience and ensure satisfaction in every interaction. This position is centered around managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing accurate product and order details across multiple communication platforms including phone, email, live chat, and social media. The right candidate will possess empathy, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining customer satisfaction—all while upholding our brand's reputation. This role is vital in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment an inquiry is made to the final post-purchase support. Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (email, phone, live chat, social media) in a professional and timely manner. Handle order-related issues such as returns, exchanges, shipping delays, and product inquiries. Manage customer complaints with empathy, resolving them efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to help us improve our services. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to assure smooth operations for customers. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer trends and insights. Utilize strong problem-solving skills while remaining calm under pressure. Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot is a plus. Have a passion for fashion and keen product knowledge, along with excellent multitasking capabilities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Age between 25 to 35 years. Only Female applicants will be considered. 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support, ideally in Garments, Textile, or Online Retail Startup environments.
