Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and transaction data into the Bank Dashboard with exceptional speed.
- Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency against source documents.
- Maintain organized digital records maintaining confidentiality as per bank policies.
- Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management upon request.
- Identify and rectify errors promptly, escalating discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., IT, Operations, Compliance) to resolve data issues.
- Provide user feedback to assist in the testing and improvement of the dashboard system.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data privacy directives.

Job Summary:The Dashboard Monitoring Officer at Securex Pvt. Ltd. will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of banking data entered into our Bank Dashboard system.
