Job Responsibilities

  • Drive export and sales growth across local and Europe, Middle East and Africa markets with clear ownership of revenue targets.
  • Design and execute market entry strategies, unlock new revenue streams, and establish strong distributor and partner networks.
  • Develop and run structured sales programs, targeted offers, and demand generation campaigns supported by CRM platforms and digital tools.
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and channel development to maximize profitability and accelerate market penetration.
  • Conduct customer and competitor research, monitor industry benchmarks, and identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Work with sales, marketing, product, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance, product readiness, and seamless execution of market initiatives.
  • Deliver regular performance reports including ROI, market outcomes, and financial results, ensuring accountability to business growth objectives.
  • Promote Bangladesh-origin products as internationally competitive brands through demand-led marketing and trade engagement.

The Sales Program & Demand Generation Lead will be responsible for executing programs and initiatives that generate qualified demand, enhance sales effectiveness, and deliver measurable ROI. Flexible and willing to travel internationally as needed.Education Requirements:Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in MarketingMaster of Social Science (MSS) in MarketingBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
