Education Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts of the depot including cash book, bank book, ledger, journal, etc.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, stock movement, and expenses accurately in the accounting software.
- Ensure daily deposit of sales proceeds to the designated bank account.
- Monitor and report stock levels, delivery notes, and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial and inventory reports to the Head Office.
- Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in depot audits, both internal and external.
- Maintain proper filing of all financial documents and vouchers.
- Coordinate with Head Office Accounts and Supply Chain for smooth depot operations.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax (TDS), and other regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or related field. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting is preferred. 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading, or Real Estate.
