Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships. Develop new business opportunities to grow our market presence. Provide regular updates on competitor activities. Manage weekly/monthly reviews for strategic planning. Prepare daily sales reports to track progress. Engage in market intelligence gathering and opportunity exploration. Prepare and present reports to upper management. Coordinate effectively with shipping agents to supervise cargo handling. Ensure compliance with Air Waybill execution and auditing standards. Manage timely updates on operational systems (pre-advice, loading, documents, AMS). Conduct regular audits of cargo handover processes. Ensure timely dispatch and proper coordination among teams. Working Environment: This is a full-time office-based position located in Dhaka, a city bustling with opportunities and cultural vibrance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing. 4 to 6 years of experience in related industries such as Trading, Shipping, or Airline. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be between 30 to 40 years of age. Knowledge in cargo operations is a plus.
