Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations (housekeeping, security, transport, front office, patient services, etc.)
  • Support the Hospital/Facility Manager in implementing administrative policies and procedures
  • Supervise administrative staff, allocate duties, and ensure high performance
  • Monitor and manage facility maintenance, safety, and logistics
  • Ensure a positive patient experience through effective front-desk management, admission, and discharge processes
  • Address patient complaints related to administrative services
  • Maintain records and documentation as required for audits and inspections
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management for non-clinical supplies
  • Monitor contracts and vendor management for outsourced services
  • Act as a link between management, clinical teams, and support staff
  • Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports to senior management
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, government bodies, accreditation agencies)
  • Employee training, orientation, and development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & healthcare regulations

We seek candidates with: Experience: A minimum of 8 years in hospital or diagnostic center administration. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
