Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations (housekeeping, security, transport, front office, patient services, etc.)
- Support the Hospital/Facility Manager in implementing administrative policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff, allocate duties, and ensure high performance
- Monitor and manage facility maintenance, safety, and logistics
- Ensure a positive patient experience through effective front-desk management, admission, and discharge processes
- Address patient complaints related to administrative services
- Maintain records and documentation as required for audits and inspections
- Support quality improvement initiatives and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee procurement and inventory management for non-clinical supplies
- Monitor contracts and vendor management for outsourced services
- Act as a link between management, clinical teams, and support staff
- Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports to senior management
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, government bodies, accreditation agencies)
- Employee training, orientation, and development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & healthcare regulations
