Job Responsibilities

Job Description

We invite talented individuals to join Link3 Technologies Limited, a leading IT Solution Provider in Bangladesh, as a Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager, Nationwide Customer Support & Services (NCSS). We are looking for dedicated professionals who are eager to make a significant impact in the field of customer support and services. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage technical support issues reported through tickets or email. Prepare roster and monthly schedules for team members. Assign respective teams and engineers to ensure effective utilization of manpower. Proactively monitor team performance and consistently maintain procedures. Respond to breakdowns and conduct expert investigations of critical customer issues. Undertake proactive follow-ups to ensure corporate customer satisfaction. Train and develop direction for less experienced engineers. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system issues. Identify gaps in processes and services across various environments. Ensure maximum utilization of resources. Supervise fiber and wireless infrastructure equipment termination activities. Communicate effectively with clients to evaluate and address their technical needs. Coordinate with internal departments for better service delivery. Submit requisitions for clients from our system. Implement and develop both new and existing fiber and wireless networks. Manage the technician team efficiently. Regularly maintain and manage region offices' inventory items. Design and plan fiber-optic networks including FTTx networks. Configure and troubleshoot MikroTik routers and related devices. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BEngg) is required. Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise or SP, CCNA/JNCIA/JNCIS-SP, MTCRE/MTCNA are preferable. Experience of 3 to 7 years in the ISP business area. Age range of applicants: 28 to 38 years.
