Located in Gazipur, Bangladesh, we are currently in search of a Deputy Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative battery control systems. As a Deputy Manager, you will: Develop and maintain software for battery control systems. Integrate software with hardware components. Conduct testing and validation of embedded systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, quality etc.) Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. We are looking for candidates with: A Bachelor degree in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science or Electrical & Electronic Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in a software company. Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB. Experience with embedded systems and firmware. Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and industrial communication protocols (CAN, Modbus).
