As the Deputy Manager / Manager - HR, you will oversee crucial HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the entire recruitment process: from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. Collaborating with various department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely onboarding of new hires. Driving the Performance Management System cycle and analyzing performance metrics to identify training needs. Planning and implementing innovative employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews for constructive feedback. Developing and implementing HR policies compliant with labor laws and industry best practices. Overseeing payroll, leave management, and benefits administration, ensuring all HR metrics are effectively monitored and reported. Coordinating learning programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity. Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management. 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience. Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Age between 35 to 45 years. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Only male candidates will be considered for this position.
