Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking care of pre-meeting and post-meeting issues of both directors' and shareholders' meetings (AGM/EGM).
- To work for the preparation of a standard Annual Report of the company.
- To take required initiatives for disbursement of dividends, ensuring dividend reports are on time, taking care of unclaimed dividend issues with compliance and to address the shareholders' queries.
- To take required initiatives for RJSC&F-related issues for Bangladesh Finance Group.
- To ensure the proper maintenance of all the relevant books, records, documents etc. of the company.
- To prepare/draft memos or reports and to communicate those accordingly.
- To ensure proper maintenance of the company's website-in line with the regulatory requirements.
