Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and report significant changes to physicians.
- Maintain records of medications and ensure proper dosage and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Support doctors during medical examinations, diagnostic tests, and minor surgical procedures.
- Provide emotional support and ensure patient dignity and comfort.
- Follow hospital infection control protocols strictly to prevent cross-contamination.
- Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor and manage the availability of medical supplies and equipment in the unit.
- Comply with hospital policies, procedures, ethical standards, and nursing protocols.
- If In-Charge: Lead the nursing team, manage shift schedules, and oversee overall nursing care delivery in the section.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best patient care and maintaining high standards of practice across various departments of the hospital.
