Job Responsibilities
- Plan, launch & optimize Facebook, Google & TikTok Ads for sales/lead growth.
- Ads Analysis: CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS metrics tracking.
- Scaling successful campaigns with budget/scaling structures.
- Budget distribution ensuring maximum ROI.
- Design funnel for Awareness → Consideration → Conversion stages.
- Setup, test, and debug Pixel/CAPI, GA4, and UTM for tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Brief design/video team for performance-focused materials.
- Ensure compliance with Meta/Google/TikTok policies.
- Prepare performance reports and action plans.
