Develop creative email marketing content that engages target audiences. Utilize analytical tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Engage in lead generation activities to expand customer reach. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field. 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on software companies. Proficiency in Email Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Marketing. Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation best practices. Exceptional communication skills and an analytical mindset. Additional Requirements Age between 23 to 32 years. Proven experience in ad campaign management and lead generation. Ability to develop creative content without reliance on AI-generated materials. Location and Employment Type This is a Full Time position located in Dhaka (Banasree), working on-site.
