Your expertise in product promotion and digital strategies will help us expand our reach and achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate will embody a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, enthusiasm for technology-driven solutions, and a creative problem-solving mindset.Job Responsibilities:Sell digital products and services, enhancing our reach within target markets.Maintain partnerships with media vendors and agencies to optimize campaign effectiveness.Monitor the company’s online presence across digital channels and devise strategies for improvement.Design and execute campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Create and sustain a dynamic social media presence to engage current and potential customers.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to assess returns on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Research current trends and forecast market developments to identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experiences through well-designed landing pages.Analyze web traffic and performance metrics to derive actionable insights for strategy adaptation.Lead initiatives to launch optimized online advertisements to bolster brand awareness.Required Skills:Strong capabilities in Digital Marketing and social media strategies.Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.Excellent time management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Effective team leadership and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.Qualifications & Experience:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields.2 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an Advertising Agency or IT Enabled Service.Proficiency in website analytics tools (like Google Analytics) is essential.Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns and email marketing.Work Environment:This is a Full-time position based in Dhaka (Uttara Sector 3).Job Benefits:Weekly 2 holidays, performance bonus, and biannual salary reviews.Full subsidized lunch facilities and additional bonuses during festivals.If you are eager to contribute to an innovative and friendly company culture and believe you have what it takes, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
