Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient working of machines and mechanical systems.
- Assist senior engineers in planning, design, and execution of projects.
- Monitor production activities and maintain quality standards.
- Handle tools, machines, and measurement instruments properly.
- Coordinate with other departments (electrical, production, planning).
- Provide technical support in material selection and process improvements.
- Support in R&D activities, prototype testing, and product development.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns in equipment.
- Follow company policies, industry codes, and safety regulations.
- Train operators or junior staff about machine handling and safety.
- Support installation, erection, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and adapt to new technologies.
