Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical services of the hospital.
- Oversee planning, development, and implementation of healthcare policies and programs.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical governance and medical standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate hospital services to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and manpower allocation effectively.
- Develop training and capacity-building programs for medical staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare services.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and Trust authorities on service quality and performance.
