Job Description
Join Al - Muslim Group as the Director of Operations! We are seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to take on this pivotal role in our woven garments manufacturing company. We encourage foreign candidates to apply! Responsibilities: Oversee and control the operational activities of our 100% export-oriented woven garments business. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth plans. Analyze operational processes to identify areas for efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity. Lead annual operating plan and budget development for the factory. Ensure the efficiency, productivity, and quality aspects from cut to pack. Formulate production plans based on manpower availability and machine layout to optimize productivity. Create strategies to achieve targeted productivity levels. Submit monthly target/achievement reports to the Managing Director. Foster effective communication to motivate and develop professionalism among the production department staff. Ensure the effective utilization of company resources. Report to the Managing Director on the strategic functions of Industrial Engineering. Perform other duties as instructed by the Managing Director. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the management. Job Nature: Full Time Workplace: Office Based in Savar, Dhaka. Education Requirements: Minimum HSC or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (BA/BBA) or MBA preferred. Candidates with relevant experience may have educational requirements relaxed.
