Job Responsibilities
- Ensure online booking, FCR, BL Draft, On Buyer/Forwarder Portal
- Collect EXP forms from Bank along with shipping documents for submission to C&F agents
- Communication with C&F, Forwarder, Shipping line and buying house
- Handle documentation such as invoice, packing list, B/L, CO, GSP and EXP
- Making correspondence with local buying house and foreign buyer through Email time to time regarding Export documents
- Fully liable for submission of Export documents to local buying house, bank or buyers representative office
- Dependable to submit Export documents to bank for negotiation with Buyer bank for bill realization
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of HS Code for exports
- Excellent communication in both written & speaking in English
- Experience require in M&S/H&M Tesco Shipment requirement
- Computer literacy in both Bangla & English essential
- Knowledge on ERP software access

Founded in 2002, we specialize in various facets of the apparel manufacturing process, including knitting, dyeing, sewing, printing, and embroidery. As a Divisional Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring high standards of quality across our export processes. Ensure online booking, Freight Cargo Receipt (FCR), and Bill of Lading (B/L) Draft on relevant buyer/forwarder portals. Collect Export (EXP) forms from banks alongside shipping documents for timely submission to C&F agents. Maintain effective communication with clearing and forwarding (C&F) agents, shipping lines, and the buying houses. Prepare and handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, B/L, Certificates of Origin (CO), GSP, and EXP. Coordinate correspondence with local and international buying houses regarding export documentation via email. Ensure the submission of all export documents to respective local buying houses, banks, or buyer representatives for negotiation. Facilitate the timely submission of export documents to banks for negotiation and bill realization with buyers’ banks. Qualifications: Master of Arts (MA) degree required. At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the Garments and Textile sectors. Candidates should be at least 29 years of age. Essential Skills: In-depth knowledge of HS Code for exports. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in M&S/H&M and Tesco shipment requirements. Strong computer literacy in both Bangla and English.
