Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise field officer (FO), Territory Sales Manager (TSM) & distributor to achieve given sales target.
  • Continuously visit & convince retailers to manage direct sales of LED & Gang Switch and to promote different products of the MEP Brand.
  • Planning sales target achievement plan for individuals, sales team & distributor.
  • Maintaining & increasing item-wise sales volume of different products of MEP Brands.
  • Preparing and forwarding Daily sales reports, Lighting and gang products sales tracking.
  • Provide structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.
  • Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Authority.

Job Description

With over 1,800 products and a significant market presence, MEP is on the lookout for a passionate Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) to drive our sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong sales acumen and the ability to lead a team effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising field officers (FO), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), and distributors to achieve specified sales targets. Regularly visiting and persuading retailers to facilitate direct sales of LED products and Gangs Switch as well as promote various MEP brand products. Strategizing and planning sales targets for individuals, teams, and distributors. Maintaining and driving the growth of item-wise sales volume of different MEP products. Compiling and submitting daily sales reports, alongside tracking sales of lighting and gang products. Providing structured feedback from the trade, customers, and competitors. Performing any other tasks assigned by management. To qualify for this position, you should possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, or Electric Wire/Cable. Proven expertise in utilizing ERP software and excel in Sales & Marketing. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership abilities and team management experience. Aged at least 30 years and male candidates are preferred.
