We are currently seeking a dynamic & energetic individual to fill the position of “Divisional Sales Manager.” This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and ensuring we meet our ambitious goals. Responsibilities: Prepare sales forecasts and plans on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Set area/territory sales targets and ensure their achievement. Formulate strategies to achieve these targets. Monitor the performance of the sales team. Oversee distribution activities and ensure that sales processes are optimized. Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and adjust strategies. Provide guidance and training to team members including Regional Managers (RM), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), and Sales Officers (SO). Organize and establish efficient distribution setups. Increase market coverage with our products. Ensure the orderly distribution of goods in the market. Analyze sales performance data for product realization and monitor distribution vehicles. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate must possess: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline. At least 14 years of experience in a relevant field, particularly in sales and marketing within FMCG, food packaging, or bakery industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
