Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement divisional sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure primary sales order flow and drive secondary sales performance
- Monitor distributors’ inventory levels
- Directly supervise RSM/ASM and oversee entire field force
- Lead/channel development initiatives
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and review periodic sales reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Ensuring optimum product availability, distribution, and visibility across various channels. Monitoring inventory levels of distributors, adhering to stock management standards. Supervising the activities of the entire field force, aligning their efforts with company goals. Leading channel development initiatives to identify and establish new markets and distribution channels. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers and wholesalers. Preparing and analyzing sales reports to measure the effectiveness of programs and plans. Ensuring timely collection of payments from distributors. Forecasting sales and tracking performance against targets. If you have: A Bachelor's or Honors degree; an MBA or business background will be an advantage. At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the FMCG industry. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
