Job Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle servicing and stay informed about technical issues pertaining to the vehicle.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
- Prior to departing for distant destinations, inspect the vehicle’s engine, oil, fuel, and tires.
- Ensure regular maintenance and repairs are documented accurately.
- Report all vehicle-related matters to the appropriate authority timely.
- Practice economical use of fuel and oil.
- Maintain an updated logbook and ensure signatures from vehicle users.
- Keep the vehicle in a clean and well-maintained condition.
- Be flexible to work overtime when required.
- Complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines.
- Be ready to take on responsibilities as needed by management.
- Follow office guidelines and traffic rules to provide safe driving services.
- Exhibit respectful behavior and maintain integrity and efficiency in the workplace.
