As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photo content that aligns with our vision and engages our audience effectively.Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content to create compelling and visually appealing videos.Editing and Post-Production: Edit video footage, add graphics, text, and effects, and ensure seamless transitions.Optimize audio quality and synchronization in videos.Conduct color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal.Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and devices.Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement creative ideas to enhance content quality.Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with marketing campaigns and objectives.Required Skills:Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.Typing skills in both Bangla and English.Strong video and sound editing skills.Experience in script writing and video content creation.Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.Job Requirements:Education: Minimum HSCExperience: 2 to 5 years in a related field, preferably in advertising agencies or web media.Age: 20 to 45 years.Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.Job Benefits:Travel Allowance (T/A)Festival Bonus: 2 (50% of actual salary during 2 Eid festivals)We invite passionate individuals who meet the qualifications and are ready to make a difference to apply for this job.
