Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on suitable study destinations, universities, and programs based on academic and career goals
- Conduct eligibility assessments and guide applicants through the complete admission process
- Assist in preparing required documents, including academic transcripts, SOPs, recommendation letters, and CVs
- Manage university applications, follow up with institutions, and ensure timely submission of all documents
- Prepare and verify visa application files, ensuring all embassy/VFS requirements are met
- Guide students on financial documentation, fund requirements, and visa interview preparation
- Maintain accurate records of all student and visa applications in the company database
- Keep updated on country-specific admission policies, tuition fees, scholarships, and immigration rules
- Coordinate and participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
- Promote the company’s services through social media and other marketing channels

Job Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on optimal study destinations, universities, and programs tailored to academic and career aspirations. Conduct eligibility assessments and guide applicants meticulously through the admissions process. Assist in compiling necessary documentation such as academic transcripts, SOPs, recommendation letters, and CVs. Manage university applications, maintaining communication with institutions to ensure timely submission of all documents. Prepare and scrutinize visa application files, adhering to all embassy/VFS requirements. Guide students on financial documentation, fund requirements, and prepare them for visa interviews. Maintain accurate records of all student and visa applications within our company database. Stay updated on country-specific admission policies, tuition fees, scholarships, and immigration rules. Coordinate and actively participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Promote Savvy Educare’s offerings via social media and other marketing channels. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred). A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in education consultancy, student counseling, or visa application processing. Strong knowledge of admission processes and student visa requirements for countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with online platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines. A professional demeanor with a proactive problem-solving attitude. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and presentable.
