Job Responsibilities
- Perform a minimum of 60 to 70 calls daily to provide guidance and counseling.
- Update leads and application statuses instantly on the CRM.
- Deliver accurate and up-to-date information about courses, universities, and visa procedures to students.
- Assist students in choosing the right country and educational institution based on their academic background and career goals.
- Possess extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing a Statement of Purpose (SOP), and the admission procedures of different foreign universities.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required to enhance knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet the needs of students.
