Job Responsibilities
- Perform a minimum of 60 to 70 calls daily (for Counselor).
- Update all the Leads and Application status instantly on CRM.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about courses, universities, and visa procedures.
- Assist students in choosing the right country and educational institution based on their academic background and career goals.
- The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing a Statement of purpose (SOP) and the admission procedure of different foreign universities.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Capable to work under pressure.

Impact Global Consultant-IGC is seeking an Education Counselor to provide guidance and support to students aspiring to study abroad in the UK, USA, and Canada. This role is crucial for helping young minds realize their educational dreams and navigate the complexities of international study. As part of our dedicated team, your responsibilities will include: Perform a minimum of 60 to 70 calls daily to engage with students and provide counsel. Instantly update all leads and application statuses on our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and tracking. Deliver accurate and timely information to students regarding courses, universities, and visa procedures. Assist students on selecting the right educational path based on their academic backgrounds and future aspirations. Hold comprehensive knowledge and advise on the student visa process, crafting a Statement of Purpose (SOP), and laying out the admission procedures across various foreign institutions. Occasionally attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions to further professional development. Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and working known under pressure. This is a full-time role which allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing significantly to students' futures.We value the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Honors in any field. A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Education Counseling, Immigration Consultancy, or related domains. Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing student relations.
