About the Role As an EHS Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our environmental, health, and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting performance monitoring and reporting to build a robust EHS culture on-site. Implementing global EHS standards and corporate sustainability procedures. Ensuring compliance with environmental protection systems and processes. Supporting incident reporting and investigations to prevent recurrence. Conducting risk assessments and managing emergency situations effectively. Creating awareness and providing training on EHS requirements and best practices. Maintaining a comprehensive database on industrial EHS practices. Developing and tracking the EHS budget. Reporting ESG data in line with global standards. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: A Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Applied Chemistry, or Chemistry. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, though freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong skills in MS Office, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bengali. A proactive approach to safety and environmental sustainability. An age between 25 to 30 years.
