We believe in creating a safe environment not just for our clients but also for our employees.Job Responsibilities:Provide personal care such as assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the toilet.Administer medication timely and monitor for any side effects or health concerns.Assist with mobility: Help clients walk, use wheelchairs, and transfer from beds to chairs.Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and social outings.Monitor health conditions and report changes to family or healthcare professionals.Ensure a safe environment by preventing falls and accidents.Job Requirements:Education: Diploma in Nursing or equivalent experience in elderly care.Experience: 1 to 3 years in a caregiving role; freshers are also encouraged to apply.Age: 22 to 40 years, Male candidates only.Key Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to lift and assist with mobility, and tasks related to personal hygiene and safety.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.Work Conditions:This role primarily involves working in a home environment, with flexible hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Salary and Benefits:The salary range for this position is Tk. 20,000 - 30,000 per month.
