- Operate and maintain Chiller and Central Air Conditioning Systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of Electrical Sub-stations and Generators.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and safety in power distribution systems.
- Monitor, operate, and maintain Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
- Supervise installation, inspection, and maintenance of the Firefighting system and ensure compliance with fire safety standards.
- Perform troubleshooting of electrical issues and execute corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and safety checklists.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for service and repair work.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during operations.
