Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, distribution boards, and power backup systems (generators, UPS).
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving measures.
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, compressors, and plumbing networks.
- Supervise mechanical installations and ensure regular service as per schedule.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and maintain preventive & breakdown maintenance logs.
- Oversee functionality of BMS, access control, CCTV, fire alarm and public address systems.
- Diagnose system issues, coordinate repair works, and manage contractors and service vendors.
- Support fire safety inspections, emergency drills, system testing and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly technical performance and incident reports and recommend improvements for system efficiency.
