Job Description
Shataphool Bangladesh, a non-profit organization, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Employment Support Officer (ESO) to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our 'Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE)' project, which aims to empower low-income urban youth with skills and employment opportunities.As an ESO, you will facilitate sustainable employment or self-employment of graduate apprentices through a structured apprenticeship model.Career Preparation & Counseling: Provide guidance to apprentices on career goals, CV writing, and interview preparation.Employment & Entrepreneurship Support: Match graduates with job opportunities and guide them on starting their own businesses.Employer & Industry Engagement: Build partnerships with local employers to organize recruitment events and job fairs.Placement Tracking & Monitoring: Keep records of job placements and follow up on apprentices’ career progress.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.Who We Are Looking For:We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's in Engineering or a Master's in Business or Development Studies.
