We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Employment Support Officer. This role plays a critical part in our ‘Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE)’ Project, which aims to enhance earning opportunities for low-income urban youth.In this position, you will be charged with the responsibility of facilitating the successful transition of graduate apprentices into gainful employment or self-employment. Your efforts will help integrate youth into the job market and ensure sustainable livelihoods through skill development and career guidance.Provide career counseling and job placement assistance.Build partnerships with local employers.Organize recruitment events and document progress.Support marginalized groups focusing on inclusive development.We are looking for candidates who possess a strong background in the development sector, particularly in skills development and project management. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience and a solid understanding of employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and industry engagement.This position offers a competitive salary of BDT 47,700 along with various allowances and benefits as per organizational policy.
