Job Description
As a key player within the Akij Ceramics team, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the top-notch quality of our products as per set standards. Your role will require continuous monitoring and documentation to enhance our production processes: Ensuring the Tiles' quality meets set standards by reviewing and analyzing visual defect check sheets. Making informed decisions on final products and effectively communicating the results to related teams. Planning production shifts according to the Marketing Team's demands, promoting efficient workforce management. Generating comprehensive quality reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Identifying root causes of defects and implementing effective countermeasures to mitigate reoccurrences. Fostering an environment of continuous growth through training for glaze line inspectors. Upholding safety in all operational aspects and ensuring good housekeeping standards.
