Job ContextZoje Bangladesh Ltd., a leading importer and distributor of industrial sewing machines, is on the lookout for a skilled Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, technologically advanced sewing machinery to the garment sector. Selected candidates will initially go through a 6-month provisional period, where their performance will determine the potential for contract extension.Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate sound knowledge of industrial sewing machines and other garment production machinery.Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot machinery issues efficiently.Conduct installation, commissioning, and operational training on sewing machine equipment.Perform diagnosis and repair of sewing machines.Continuously update technical knowledge to foster personal growth and improvement.Initiate service marketing strategies to create opportunities for spare parts sales and annual maintenance contracts.Create and maintain customer databases, ensuring regular updates.Prepare monthly service reports for the responsible manager.Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.Skills Required:Candidates should possess:Strong technical knowledge and experience in automation and maintenance.Ability to manage customer databases effectively.Proven experience in installation and maintenance of machinery.Excellent communication skills, especially in English.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Diploma in Engineering in the same field.Experience:2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the garment automation sector.Experience in wholesale, retail, multinational companies, or import business is a plus.Other Requirements:Aged between 20 and 40 years.Males only.Benefits:As per company policy.If you are passionate about growing your career in an innovative environment and meet the above requirements, we invite you to apply.
