Job ContextAre you passionate about environmental conservation? TMSS is spearheading a project that aims to promote sustainable growth in the automobile workshop sector through resource-efficient practices. This initiative is a key part of the ‘Sustainable Microenterprise and Resilient Transformation (SMART)’ project, supported by the World Bank, PKSF, and TMSS. Join our team and help pave the way for a greener, more sustainable future.Job Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and supervising the implementation of project activities.Create awareness among microenterprises regarding environmental sustainability, climate resilience, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).Conduct training sessions focused on climate resilience and environmental management.Facilitate the implementation of resource-efficient practices in various microenterprises.Perform regular field visits to monitor initiatives while collecting and analyzing relevant data.Educate and train project staff on environmental issues and sustainable practices.Prepare the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) specific to the sub-project.Facilitate the formation of Environment Clubs with structured monthly meetings and youth engagement programs.Coordinate with local authorities such as the Department of Environment (DoE).Undertake any other duties assigned by the Project Manager and senior management at TMSS.Requirements:We are looking for candidates who align with our objectives. Below are essential qualifications:Minimum age of 18 and a maximum of 40 years by the application closing date.A minimum of a BSc.
