Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and school policies.
- Manage general ledger entries, journals, and financial statements.
- Monitor actual spending against the budget and report any variances.
- Track fee payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure all student fee records are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the head office for staff payroll including the calculation of salaries, deductions, and allowances.
- Support audits by providing the necessary documentation and responding to any inquiries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records is maintained.
- Participate in meetings to present financial data or updates as required.
- Handle petty cash and manage daily cash flow effectively.
