Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal audit procedures aligned with best practices and risk areas.
- Verify receipts, payments, and banking activities for head office and branches.
- Monitor purchases and report discrepancies.
- Conduct random checks of material requisitions and expenses.
- Review cost sheets, production, and stock reports to verify factory costs.
- Conduct physical verification of assets and reconcile with records.
- Analyze budget versus actual and report variances.
- Prepare clear internal audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to developing and improving the internal audit system.

If you have a strong analytical mind and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!As the Executive - Audit, you will:Develop and maintain internal audit procedures aligned with best practices.Verify receipts, payments, and banking activities for all company operations.Monitor purchases and report on discrepancies in distributions.Conduct physical verifications of assets and ensure records accuracy.Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting root causes and practical solutions.Undertake field visits and inventory audits as required.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal audit system.What We Are Looking For:The ideal candidate will possess:A Master of Business Studies (MBS) or an MBA in Accounting.2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or group environments.Strong proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.The ability to work independently and under pressure.At CEM Group BD, we value our employees.
