Job Responsibilities
- Verify daily sales transactions, invoices, deliveries, and collections.
- Conduct periodic audits of retailers, dealers, and distributors' sales transactions.
- Monitor unauthorized product movement and distribution compliance.
- Perform field visits for sales audit across retail and distribution points.
- Audit cash handling processes at Depot, Factory, and Head Office.
- Review internal sales processes and recommend improvements to minimize revenue leakage.
- Participate in inventory counting and report findings accurately.
- Conduct audits based on management instructions.
- Prepare internal audit reports and recommendations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Verify daily sales transactions, invoices, deliveries, and collections. Conduct periodic audits of sales transactions for retailers, dealers, distributors, and depots. Monitor unauthorized product movements and ensure compliance with distribution protocols. Perform field visits for sales auditing across customers, retailers, and distributors. Audit cash handling processes at depots, factories, and the head office. Review and identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to enhance operational controls. Engage in inventory counting and reporting accurately. Conduct audits based on management instructions and special areas of operations. Prepare detailed internal audit reports and suggest actionable recommendations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Compliance Audit and Internal Audit processes. Field visit experience is vital. Proficient in Inventory Audit and Reporting. Exceptional Presentation and Report Writing skills. Strong proficiency in Stock Inventory management. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in relevant fields (Accounting, Finance, or Banking is preferred). Professional accounting qualification (CACC) is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 1 year in internal auditing. Experience in the Manufacturing (FMCG) sector is highly preferred.
