Job Responsibilities

As an Executive in Business Development, you will play a crucial role in assisting our COO in formulating innovative business strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive market assessments and competitor analysis to aid in crafting new business plans. Analyzing various data sets to identify and propose new business opportunities in products, services, markets, or partnerships. Leading research initiatives focused on market trends and customer insights to influence strategic decision-making. Working closely with sales and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and better understand customer segments. Tracking KPIs and preparing detailed reports to enhance business outcomes. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives. Taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, including preparing presentations and participating in strategy meetings. Your qualifications should include: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA). A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development and market research. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments and report effectively to senior leaders.
