Job Overview:This position requires you to lead and coordinate the activities of the Business Development team and develop strategies to promote and grow our inspection business, thus achieving company revenue targets. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate activities of the Business Development team. Promote and develop inspection business to achieve company revenue targets. Build and maintain key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Improve market position and contribute to financial growth. Conduct frequent market visits to local offices, suppliers, and manufacturers. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and meetings. Gather market intelligence on buyer volumes and competitor activities. Specific Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Softline and Hardgoods inspections. Maintain strong professional networks and achieve sales targets. Organize and attend client/vendor meetings and promotional events. Provide timely forecasts and reports on market trends and sales KPIs. Coordinate with the operations team for timely payment follow-ups. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. Experience: 2 to 4 years in business development, preferably in inspection or services. Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
